The location was stunning and marvellous because it was near a private garden under the watchful eye of resident robin, Clarens and the town centre. I was there for 3 nights and would definitely come back there: )

The breakfast was amazing with delicious homemade bread. The staff was amicable. The hotel was just off Bethlehem for a shopping spree in the local mall and the main shopping area. We spent our evenings in the nearby Red Stone Craft Gin Bar, especially when it was cold outside.

Nicely appointed hotel located beside the main shopping area in Clarens. Got a well-equipped room with self-catering facilities, including a comfortable bedroom. Quiet and comfortable location, just a 15-minute walk to Clarens Golf Club. Close enough to walk to the town center. A very special way to end my trip.

The rangers here are like superheroes, saving the mountains from evil and keeping the hiking paths clear. My private garden and patio made me feel like a fancy gardening guru. The "swimming pool" dam was oh so loved by everyone, including me. Mercia, the host, was super and made my stay exceptional. The beds were so cozy that I didn't want to leave, but the stunning views and sunsets persuaded me otherwise. So many activities to enjoy, like skiing and cycling. And they even fed me a light and healthy breakfast. Plus, the area has amazing trout fishing.
Or maybe, just maybe, I wish I could've taken the mountains and stunning views home with me.

From the warm and friendly welcome upon arrival, to the comfortable and beautifully decorated suite, everything exceeded our expectations. The self-catering facilities were a bonus, with fresh fruit and nuts from the garden provided by the owners. We also appreciated the thoughtfulness of the stocked fridge. Our only minor complaints were the lack of a TV and the soft pillows on the bed. However, these did not detract from the overall wonderful experience. We left feeling like we had made new friends and cannot wait to return. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Clarens.

This unique apartment had a cosy open plan living area that made us feel right at home. The small lounge and dining space were perfect for our family to relax and enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus!
Personally, I found the shower to be a bit small. But I understand that others might still find it perfectly adequate.

This unique apartment has a cosy open plan living area, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family.
Personally, I would have preferred a bathtub instead of just a shower. However, I understand that others may still find the shower enjoyable.

Our stay at Honeysuckle was delightful. The attention to detail was evident throughout the property, from the fresh rusks and bottled water in our room to the spotlessly clean unit. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of sherry and homemade treats, making us feel right at home. The breakfast served on the covered patio was a special touch, with beautiful garnishes on top of the fruit. The hostess was friendly and accommodating, even recommending a great Italian restaurant for dinner. The enclosed parking for our truck provided peace of mind. I highly recommend this lovely place with its nice people and short walk to the town centre.
